"TWO CHRISTMASES ago, Jennifer J. Johnson found a
way to bond with her staff of nearly 20 work-at-home moms
scattered across four time zones. 'I gave everybody company
pajamas, just to kind of have fun with the whole telecommuting
idea,' said the founder of Johnson & Company, a Utah marketing
and public-relations firm. 'I ordered from Victoria's
Secret some fuchsia pajamas, because our color is power
pink, and we put our logo on them.'"
