Execution
Defined

  • Strategy refers to the underlying notion of the project. Are there clear objectives and outcomes? Is the project strategic from business, marketing and communications perspectives? Does the project tie into overall goals? “Is it sound?”
  • Deadline evaluates the clear statement of final and interim deadlines. Are deadlines clearly presented? Are they reality-based to ensure quality delivery of the project?
  • Budget is simple: Is there an adequate budget—for time and hard costs—associated with the project?
  • Client Input refers to input from ultimate end-client. Will jo&co receive a quality download, interim feedback and check-ins from the end client?
  • HR/Talent assesses the appropriate use of skills on the project. Is/was the jo&co talent used over- or under-qualified to complete the project? Is/was a “dream team” available?
  • Satisfaction is key. How satisfied are the end-client and the jo&co team in the process and the results from the project? How proud are all constituents in the ends and the means?
